At London Bold, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

• Return Window: 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

• Non-returnable items: Gift cards, final sale products, and promotional items are not eligible for return.

• Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrives defective or incorrect.

• Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
