Exchange Policy

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or product, we allow exchanges.

• Time frame: Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Conditions: The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

• Process: Contact support to request an exchange. Once we receive your returned item, we will send the replacement.

• Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
