  • Europe: 4–7 business days

  • Latin America: 12–25 business days

  • Rest of World: 15–30 business days

Yes! We offer international shipping to most countries.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 5 business days after purchase for tracking to update.

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After this period, orders are already being processed and cannot be modified.
    If you still wish to return the item, please check our Refund & Return Policy.

6. What if I receive a defective item?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at contact@uselondonbold.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund.

7. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
